I combine the 30 Day Shred with The Daily Plate on livestrong.com. You put in your stats, and it tells you how many calories you should eat to gain, maintain or lose weight. Then you can track everything you eat on the site. They even have an iPhone and Blackberry app. I'm addicted to it. I put that I want to lose 1.5 pounds per week, and it has worked like magic so far-- 6 pounds in 4 weeks! And I'm losing inches with the 30 Day Shred. Sorry I sound like an infomercial!
