The wedding post

It's official- WE'RE MARRIED!

The day was beautiful, we a super quick shower a couple minutes after beginning our pictures but it lasted about 10 minutes and made the gardens just pop with color. Instead of just rambling it'll be easier to give a break down of the days. I'll be posting more throughout the next couple days but I have some random things set up throughout today.

Rehearsal dinner: Being that we had such a large kid population we had the rehearsal dinner at the same site as our wedding. The tent was put up we had plenty of tables and chairs. The Man's parents had our favorite ribs and chicken catered in, with juicy watermelon as dessert- YUM! Our rehearsal went super quick being that we had such a small wedding party. Our pastor/ the Man's uncle was so great! We concluded the evening with a fireworks show- SO much fun!

The Man and I had previously planned to be together the night before the wedding. We didn't have any reservations about the wedding day, it was just more of a comfort, help each other sleep. Neither one of us sleep well without the other and by Friday night I really needed a good nights sleep. By the time we made it home it was time to crash. After a quick shower we were off to bed.

Note to future brides- Take time to really talk to everyone on your rehearsal day. The setting is much more relaxed, there's less people trying to get your attention, and you're not competing with all the other aspects of your wedding day.

More to come later :)
